This is obviously not the most ideal time to buy a house but working with Galen made the process so smooth. We are moving to the Colorado Springs area from out of state and we were worried about how the process would go to purchase our new home. Galen was able to accommodate us in finding our home since were not physically present. Our time consisted of Zoom calls, Facebook chats, and sometimes just a walkthrough video that we could view on YouTube. He was very honest about what he saw, gave great advice to us about the area, and was an overall pleasure to work with through the entire process. Galen made us feel like we were there in person, even though we were out of state. He made sure to keep us updated with every detail, made sure to walk us through any questions or fears, made sure to ask all the questions we would have asked and the questions we didn’t know we should ask.
